Document results
Download your results from the workspace after processing completes. Keep your originals and save outputs yourself; temporary copies expire under our privacy policy. Results are not mailed to you.
Sponsorship delivery
An advertisement goes live immediately after our backend verifies a full captured subscription payment. The page checks for updates periodically, so an already open page may take a short time to display it. There is no next-day activation delay.
The placement remains active through verified paid coverage. Your private management link allows updates and cancellation. A pending, failed or authorisation-only payment does not start delivery.
If something goes wrong
If a captured payment has not activated your slot, contact us with the payment reference and the slot number. Do not include card details, API keys or your private management token. See cancellation and refunds for payment issues.
