Who operates the platform
DamnPDFs is a product operated by Sourav Bera, an individual developer. It provides document tools and optional advertising placements.
Using the tools
Document tools are free, require no document account and add no platform watermark. Use files you own or have permission to process and share. You retain ownership of your documents. Review outputs before relying on them: conversion, OCR, transcription, generated answers and repaired documents can contain errors or lose formatting.
Supply the correct password to open protected files. Do not use the platform to access documents without permission, send unlawful material or disrupt other users. Resource limits protect shared processing capacity.
External AI
External AI is optional and uses your selected provider and key. Any provider charges are your responsibility. Review the provider’s terms before sending document content. AI output is untrusted content and should be checked before use.
Monthly sponsorship
There are four advertising placements, all on the homepage. Each slot costs US$149 per month and renews automatically after you authorise the subscription. Tool pages do not contain sponsorship slots. No visit count or impression count is guaranteed.
A slot is reserved during checkout and activates immediately after the backend verifies the full captured subscription payment. Payment authorisation alone does not activate it. The advertisement stays visible through verified paid coverage. A failed renewal removes it when that coverage expires.
Creative content and management
You must have rights to the logo and product information you submit. Use an accurate product name and a working HTTPS destination. Your private management link lets you update the advertisement and cancel future renewals; keep it confidential.
Cancellation preserves the paid period and stops future renewals. See cancellation and refunds for payment issues.
Temporary files and availability
Keep your own originals and download results when processing completes. Local and cloud copies expire as described in the privacy policy. The service may be unavailable during faults or maintenance. If an advertisement or payment does not behave as expected, contact us with its payment reference.
