Sign a PDF on your phone
A phone can be enough to add a visible signature to a PDF. Review the document and signature placement before sharing the finished copy.
Choose the signature source
Open Sign PDF in your phone browser and add your document. Draw on the signature pad, type a name or import an image you are authorized to use. Use a fictional test signature when learning the controls.
For a signature photo, optional paper removal and edge trimming can reduce the surrounding blank area. Preview fine strokes so they are not accidentally lost.
- Upload the PDF and move to the page with the signature line.
- Draw, type or import the signature.
- Select its placement on the document.
Fit it to the page
Move the placed signature by touch and adjust its width. Precise position and size controls provide an alternative when dragging is difficult. Use the page arrows to sign another page.
Fictional example: place Test Signer above the signature line on page two of a sample form. Check that the signature does not cover the date or another field. Use Fill PDF forms first if the document contains interactive answers you need to complete.
Inspect the signed download
Preview the document, save the signed PDF and open the exported copy. Check the affected pages at a readable zoom and confirm the signature remains where you placed it. Keep the original as a separate file.
This tool adds a visible signature. It does not issue a signing certificate, verify the signer’s identity or provide certificate-based digital signing. If the recipient requires a particular signing standard, confirm that requirement before relying on this output.
- Preview the signed page and surrounding fields.
- Save the signed PDF and open the download.
- Confirm placement and page order before sharing.
