Start at

First number to print. Choose 1 to start from the beginning, or continue an existing sequence.

Position

Place the number at the bottom center of each selected page.

Compare options

Choose where to print the page number. Leave space there so it does not overlap existing content.

Text size

Text size in points: 12 is comfortable body text, 18–24 suits headings. One point is 1/72 of an inch.

Pages

Choose which pages to process. “all” includes every page; 1-3, 5 selects pages 1, 2, 3 and 5. Page numbers start at 1.

Numbering follows the source page sequence. Make sure the chosen corner has room for the label.

Where are my files processed?

The badge shows the selected processing location. Local jobs stay on this device. Cloud jobs require the cloud option and use temporary storage.

How do I save the result?

When the tool finishes, preview the result and use Download. Your original files stay unchanged. Use ZIP to save a batch together.

How do I clear my workspace?

Use Privacy & local data in the sidebar. AI keys can be forgotten separately from AI settings.
